If you're not happy with your ChillDrift for any reason, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item must be in resaleable condition (clean, no damage beyond normal try-on).

Your UK statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to these statutory rights.

How to return

Email us at [hello@yourdomain.co.uk] with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund including return postage.
